My personal viewpoint is that anyone can develop the qualities to be a successful leader. A leader is not born, he is made. The process of making or developing a leader is lifelong practice and there is not fixed syllabus to follow here. There are innumerable leadership styles or countless situations and not all can adjust to every circumstance. But I am person who believes in human potential and so I strongly believe that when we get grinded under difficult situation, we automatically develop leadership qualities.
